How to improve the dyeing pass rate

Mr. Huang Zhanhu said that although the equipment in the dyeing and printing industry is constantly improving and upgrading, there is still a problem of insufficient attention to the laboratory. Generally speaking, the formulas for the production workshop of dyeing and printing enterprises are mostly output by the laboratory, and the importance of the laboratory to dyeing and printing enterprises is self-evident. However, many laboratories generally have uneven equipment, which is also one of the main reasons for the difference in the pass rate of laboratories.

Hongjing has done a lot of research and development work to ensure that with the same formula and the same process, using Hongjing's equipment for dyeing and printing, the color difference can be controlled within 0.3. However, traditional laboratory small-sample equipment cannot truly simulate large-scale production. In order to reduce the error between small samples and large-scale production, Hongjing has conducted extensive research and produced a precision replicating machine to ensure that the color difference between the replicating machine and large-scale production remains within 0.8.

With the continuous rapid development of Chinese technology, AI intelligence is gradually entering the dyeing and printing industry.

Intelligent integrated laboratories will gradually replace the old dyeing and finishing laboratories that rely on manual experience control in the past, becoming a "booster" for the development of the dyeing and printing industry in the new era, providing more efficient returns for more dyeing and finishing enterprises. The pace of the times is unstoppable, and only by firmly grasping the opportunities of social development and using the power of science and technology can we remain undefeated in the torrent of history.
