1. Comply with company regulations and be responsible for warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory management, and implement material management regulations. 2. Timely, complete, and accurate registration of inventory warehouse accounts, chronological registration, and regular preparation of inventory inflow and outflow reports. 3. Responsible for the safekeeping of warehouse inventory, ensuring the safety of inventory in the warehouse, and prohibiting unauthorized personnel and hazardous materials from entering the warehouse. 4. Responsible for daily inventory management, including inventory classification, placement, sorting, labeling, and in/out scheduling. It is required to be familiar with the characteristics of inventory, manage it by category, place it reasonably, and facilitate logistics and safety. 5. Regularly or irregularly check the inventory in, out, and closing quantities according to accounting requirements. Clear accounts, clear markings, and consistent verification of accounts, cards, and materials are required. Frequent reconciliation and regular inventory counts. 6. Adhere to the principle of first-in, first-out; ensure that there are no safety or liability accidents in the warehouse; 7. Strictly implement the inventory receipt and delivery procedures and requirements, and correctly and promptly handle the opening, receipt, delivery, and signing procedures for raw material warehousing, production material requisition, finished goods warehousing, sales delivery, and other types of inventory in and out. 8. 5S work, cooperate with other departments to complete related work; 9.
