  • Operating steps                        

    The full set of  process can be run automatic after press the one-click buttom,also each function can be operated independently                        
     

    1. Power                        
    The mains power switch button will control the facility connect with the power on or off , it should not to press it frequently                        
     

    2.Mixing                        

    2.1   7" touch screen and PLC smart controller ,adjustable speed of inverter.                    

    2.2 Presetting 4 types of stir model, each process of the stir speed and time、 the positive & negative rotational speed and washing time  can be set.                    
                            
    3.Emergency stop                    

    After press the "emergency stop" button, the cylinda in cleaning site will reply to the initial setup、the cylinda in stir site will keep in current state,stirring head stop running, the button of " stir"、“washing”will invalid;reset "Emergency stop" button, the"stir"、"washing" function will recover. the function of sink  "In/Out" buton  is not controlled by the "Emergency stop".
